About the company:
Reál-M Ltd. is an enterprise founded in 1991 which offers optimal logistic solutions for its clients, initially with inland, then with international freight forwarding and warehousing services.
Quality policy:
To be able to offer cost-effective, custom-tailored and excellent
services to our partners we continuously train our staff. In accordance with
this, the management of our company expect and require each employee to meet
all the demands of our customers.
Among our partners you can find mainly companies in the electronics
industry which are also subcontractors of the automotive sector. I
consider this important to emphasize because have been working for the
above-mentioned companies in the just-in-time system for nearly 10
years. Due to the transportation needs of these multinational
companies, we are at our clients' disposal with nearly 70 commercial
vehicles. This huge development, as a result of which Reál-M Ltd.
employs 120 people at present, could be realized only with the help of
a strict quality policy.
Our ISO 9002 TÜV CERT Certificate in connection with international road transport
and freight forwarding, which was audited by TÜV Hannover and issued by TÜV
NORD, certifies that we have managed to adapt the right processes corresponding
our quality policy and use them properly.
Our main objective is to comply fully with our partners' requests, ranging from
the order to the delivery of goods, in accordance with our service standards
and quality criteria specified in advance to ensure our partners' greatest satisfaction.
